Multirip Circular Saw M34G

The M34G multirip saw is the successor to the K34 which has been in use for decades for the throughfeed ripping of panels of all kinds. Available in opening widths ranging from 800 to 3000 mm it meet almost any customer requirement. The particularly simple and time-saving saw shaft changing system makes this machine unique in the market. Also particularly worth mentioning is that in addition to pure ripping, this machine is suitable for grooving or ripping and grooving in combination.

Multirip Circular Saw K34

The K34 multirip circular saw which has been proven a thousand times throughout the world can be found in virtually all industries where panels are ripped and/or grooved or profiled. Particularly worth mentioning is the variety of options provided for the arrangement of the saw shaft relative to the workpiece which offers an optimum machine configuration for every requirement. Apart from the standard version with one bottom saw shaft, the K34 multirip saw is also available with two or three bottom saw shafts or with one top and one bottom or one or two top saw shafts. In addition to pure ripping, this machine is suitable for grooving and other profiling operations.

Multirip Circular Saw K34GB

The K34GB feeds the workpieces by means of belts instead of rollers which offers a broader field of applications. This technology not only ensures stable support in the area of the saw blades, but also allows panels with surfaces interrupted at right angles to the feed direction (e.g. panels with glued on rails) or panels with structured surfaces of different materials to be ripped free of drift and with highest precision.

Multirip Circular Saw K34G-OUR

The K34G-OUR was specifically developed for the production of curved bed slats, i.e. for ripping curved panels and profiling the slats both from the top and bottom in a single pass. Where previously several machines and processing steps were required, the OUR now produces a finished product in just one operation.

Multirip Circular Saw SK

The heavy-duty high-performance multirip saw SK is specifically designed for ripping panels (OSB, OSL, LVL and particle board) of up to 150 mm in thickness. The machine is available in opening widths of 900-3000 mm and can be equipped with either just a bottom or top and bottom saw shafts. The particularly simple and time-saving saw shaft system makes this multirip saw unique in the market. Particularly worth mentioning is that in addition to the pure ripping, this machine is also suitable for grooving or chamfering the end product in a single pass.

Variable Multirip Circular Saw K34VARIO

The K34VARIO multirip saw has been designed for the variable throughfeed ripping of panels. It is of particular advantage in the case of frequently changing strip widths, i.e. with small batch sizes. Both rip saw and hogger units can be independently positioned within seconds via the CNC control. Optional scoring saws are available to prevent chipping on sensitive panel surfaces.

Variable Multirip Circular Saw K34M

The K34M modular ripsaw is cutting from the bottom against the feed. It allows to combine any number of saw modules one after the other to produce even very narrow strip widths. Each module comprises a maximum of two tool heads, if necessary with scoring units that can be positioned as required via the CNC control.

Variable Multirip Circular Saw SK-VARIO

The SK-VARIO is perfectly suited for the production of small batch sizes. With its maximum opening height of 100 mm and a maximum opening width of 3000 mm the SK-VARIO is, for example, used in LVL factories. Each saw blade is driven by its own motor and can be positioned as required within seconds via the CNC control. To ensure minimal strip widths and flexible edge hogging, the saw heads are arranged in two lines one after the other.
